Always learning…
We’re always learning! Last week Daniel took a class on chai history and technique. Fun, fascinating, and delicious. I'm the lucky one because he’s made homemade chai with different variations several times this week. Some with more cardamom, some with more star anise, always emphasizing a different note. Yummy!
We currently have three chais in the shop; Chai Indienne, Fire Nation, and Earth Kingdom. After this experience, we may add more lol!
